UMich Flint is on a 76-acre campus in the urban setting of Flint, Michigan, not far from Detroit and Lansing.

UMich Flint Student Activities

There are many activities and organizations for UMich Flint students to join – including chorus, theater groups, a campus newspaper, and more.

Interested in Greek life? UMich Flint has fraternities and sororities.

UMich Flint has the Fraternity and Sorority Life. In fact, more students participate in the Fraternity and Sorority Life than any other on-campus activity.

Other popular student organizations at UMich Flint include National Society for Leadership and Success, Psychology Club, Baccalaureate Student Nurses Organization and Student Nurse Practitioner Association.

UMich Flint offers housing. Students are not required to live on campus. First year students are given no special consideration for on-campus housing.

Most UMich Flint students live off campus. In 2022, 2% of undergrads at UMich Flint lived in some kind of on-campus housing and 98% of students lived off-campus or commuted to UMich Flint.
