UMich Flint has the Fraternity and Sorority Life. In fact, more students participate in the Fraternity and Sorority Life than any other on-campus activity.

Other popular student organizations at UMich Flint include National Society for Leadership and Success, Psychology Club, Baccalaureate Student Nurses Organization and Student Nurse Practitioner Association.

UMich Flint students' favorite campus events are Maize & Blue Days, Campus Activities Board Mega Vegas Night and Family Day.
