Located on the Southeast Atlantic coast in Brunswick, midway between Savannah and Jacksonville, the College of Coastal Georgia is an undergraduate college within the University System of Georgia. The College provides an affordable and interactive education nestled in the natural beauty and abundant sunshine of Georgia's Golden Isles - an area noted for world-class golf courses and resorts, as well as amazing diversity of maritime habitats, wildlife, and sea creatures. At the College of Coastal Georgia, students discover opportunities at all levels, whether that be with community engagement through service learning, or hands-on application of classroom material. There is a spirit of volunteerism at the College, and a commitment to making positive changes. Students can participate in honors programs, internships, fellowships, and scholarships that foster natural curiosity. On-campus employment opportunities and scholarships serve not only to promote college affordability, but also to encourage academic, athletic, and active program participation. Coastal Georgia also has the Camden Center, an off-campus instructional site, located just a few miles north of the Florida border, in Kingsland. The site provides a regular schedule of day, evening, and online classes for the convenience of students from Camden, Charlton, Brantley, and Nassau counties, who attend the College.
