The Coastal Athletic Association (CAA and formerly The Colonial Athletic Association) is a collegiate athletic conference in the United States. It was founded in 1979 and is composed of schools primarily located in the Northeastern United States region. The CAA is a member of the NCAA's Division I, with the majority of its member institutions competing in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) for football and Division I for other sports.

The CAA officially changed names in July 2023 and is now known as the Coastal Athletic Association.
