College of the Atlantic requires at least 36 credits to complete a bachelor's degree.

If students would like to graduate in less time than normal, they can choose the accelerated degree program. College of the Atlantic accepts transfer credits. The school accepts AP credit and IB credits. Many students like to take classes in the summer, to earn extra credits. However, College of the Atlantic does not offer classes during the summer.
