Campus Visit Notes for Colorado School of Mines

Visit Description:

The student guide was awesome. She promised to put me in contact with friends that were part of organizations I'm interested in, and recommended the amazing Sherpa House for dinner. I ate yak for the first time!

Hotel/Lodging Recommendations or Comments:

The Golden Hotel is very nice

Dining/Restaurant Recommendations or Comments:

The Sherpa House is a must-see. 100% recommend it

Other Comments (Transportation, local attractions, parking, etc.):

You can borrow a bike from the Bike Library on certain days. Buffalo Bill's grave is just outside town. Street parking in Golden can be difficult.
