University of the West requires a minimum of 120 units to complete a bachelor's degree.

If students would like to graduate in less time than normal, they can choose the accelerated degree program. University of the West accepts transfer credits. The school accepts and IB credits. Additionally, University of the West has a summer session, so students can earn credits during the summer.
