Union College Student Life

Union College is on a 100-acre campus in a small town setting in Barbourville, KY. Union College has many clubs, organizations, and activities for students to participate in – chorus, theater groups, , and more.

Union College does not have fraternities or sororities.

Union College has a thriving Student Ambassadors. In fact, more students participate in Student Ambassadors than any other on-campus activity.

Other popular student organizations at Union College include Student Government Association, Union Singers, International Club and Spiritual Life Team.

Union College students' favorite campus events are Welcome Weekend, Homecoming Week and Convocations.

Does Union College offer student housing?

Union College offers housing. Students are required to live on campus through sophomore year. First year students are guaranteed on-campus housing.

Most Union College students live off campus. In 2021, 45% of undergrads at Union College lived in some kind of on-campus housing and 67% of students lived off-campus or commuted to Union College. First year students are allowed to park a car on campus.Union College does not offer coed housing or housing for students with disabilities.
