Hill College requires at least to complete a bachelor's degree. There is no accelarated degree program, . Additionally, Hill College has a summer session, so students can earn credits during the summer. Hill College does not offer an orientation program before the start of fall classes.
Hill College has a core curriculum, which means there are certain classes or types of classes all students must take to graduate. Students do not need to fulfull a language requirement , but there is a math and science requirement. Students are required to take a computer class to fufill the graduation requirements for Hill College.

Students must choose one of the majors offered by the college. Self-designed majors are not allowed. Hill College does not require all students to complete a senior project.
