Grace College Academics

Grace College requires at least 120 semester hours to graduate with a bachelor's degree. Students can choose the accelarated degree program if they would like to finish all the credits for graduation in less time than normal. Around 60% of students who started college at Grace College finish the requirements for graduation within six years. Grace College offers an orientation program before the start of fall classes to prepare new students for college life.

What Classes Do I Have To Take at Grace College?

Grace College has a core curriculum, which means there are certain classes or types of classes all students must take to graduate. Students are not required to fulfill a lanuage requirement or a math or science requirement. Students do not have to take a computer class.

Majors at Grace College

Double majoring may require more work but it can provide an interesting mix of experience that helps students stand out when job searching or applying to grad school.

Students must choose one of the majors offered by the college. Self-designed majors are not allowed. Students are not required to complete a senior project unless it is required for their specific major .

Does Grace College Offer AP Credit?

Grace College offers some credit for Advanced Placement (AP) classes taken in high school. Schools have different requirements for what AP scores they accept, so some students may not receive AP credit.

Grace College offers an honors program for highly-qualified applicants, but does not offer a Freshman Honors College.
