BCOM is on a 32-acre campus in a suburban setting in Bloomington, Minnesota, not far from Minneapolis.

BCOM offers housing. Students are required to live on campus through sophomore year. First year students are guaranteed on-campus housing.
The majority of BCOM students live on campus. In 2021, 71% of undergrads at BCOM lived in some kind of on-campus housing and 29% of students lived off-campus or commuted to BCOM. There are 626 spots available in on-campus housing for all 317 undergraduates. In the 2020-21 school year, 224 students chose to live in campus housing. First year students are allowed to park a car on campus.BCOM does not offer coed housing or housing for students with disabilities.
