Campus Visit Notes for University of St. Thomas - St. Paul, Minnesota

Visit Description:

I don't remember my tour here all that well, but I’m a freshman here right now and I love it! St. Thomas is great and has so much to offer. One of my favorite things about St. Thomas is it’s location. We are in a beautiful area of St. Paul and are a seven minute bus ride away from downtown Minneapolis. The Mississippi river is also right down the street and has miles of excellent walking paths and bike paths. I also really love the size of our campus. It’s the perfect, “not too big, not too small” school. I also love the size because of the amazing access it gives you to the faculty. My classes are small and all my professors know my face and name and are always ready to help with anything. The people are great and to top it all off, the campus is insanely beautiful! St. Thomas is an excellent school!

Hotel/Lodging Recommendations or Comments:

Definitely live on campus your first year. You meet so many people and it's really fun to live in the same area as all of your new friends.

Other Comments (Transportation, local attractions, parking, etc.):

Make sure you take a day to go walk/bike/run on the Mississippi. It's right on campus and is amazing!
