This should be in college addmissions, but it seems to be down right now.

I am applying online to William and Mary and I have some questions for folks who've been through the application process.

I assume the teachers mail the recs. Should they mail it before or after I send my application? I'm worried they'll lose it if they send it before as the college will not know that I'm applying.

On the subject of recs, how do I waive my right to read the recs? I don't see a waiver on the application.
