Hey, I was wondering do any of you have a Mock Trial at your school? If so, what do you guys do and at what levels do you guys compete at? I just joined Mock Trial at school and we did a little of it during freshman year Government class and it seemed cool, so I joined. Any answers would be cool.

we do have a quality mock trial team at our school, we won the somethin 2 years ago (state maybe) and we came close last year. u can get to the nationals.
usually u are provided a hand book with an universal case, which every school will argue. Each school should have a defense/prosecution team. Key members are the lawyers (2 per side) and a certain number of witnesses (equal both sides). You will most likely present your case in a real courthouse under a real judge. There is a jury but their decision doesnt matter, the judge scores u on various standards, lawyers and witnesses. Usually a coin flip decides which team ur school presents.
