For some reason, my school offers AP Physics C and the only prereq is PreCalc and the recommendation that you take Calculus concurrently.

My major is going to be biochemistry, I'll be needing some physics in college, but like an enginner would need...

Should I go for the AP Physics C? or should I take Physics I Honors to make sure I learn the basics?

(i can tell you right now, science and math aren't my strongest points.)

I don't think you'll need Physics C. And since math&sci aren't your strongest points, taking it would just hurt your chances of maintaining your #1 spot in ur school.

Repeat: Go talk to your school's administration about their policies!

But lemme add a disclaimer: if u want to be valedictorian just b/c it'll get u into a better college, you should reconsider...... it's not really such a high honor anymore at the most competitive colleges.

Physics B usually dont count in prestigious college.. physics C is much more useful.. u only need to no a lil cal, which u might study on ur own or hopefully u phys teacher will explain
