i'm entering groton school this fall. i'm japanese and because school starts in september, i'm thinking it's time to start packing (i'm boarding obviously). BUT, i have no idea what to pack and send, or what to buy here in tokyo or in the states or...gosh, i'm so confused. can someone please help me? what are the minimal things i will need for school in september?

Your school will send you a list by mail within two weeks. If you do not receive it, please contact your admsission contact. If you forget anything, Groton has a shop builin school you can buy lot of things there. However try to bring your clothes, a warm jacket, warm gloves (maybe two), nice pair of warm socks as it is too cold and in school you have to walk a lot. Wollen socks, pair of sneakers. Good luck.
