Would it be recommended to study Chemistry by myself over the summer, take the final exam before school starts, and move on to Physics during my Sophomore year? My major will be science.

if you feel you are capable of passing the final, by all means do. you will allow yourself more time for something htat you will need to spend more time on. by passing the final you show that you really didn't need the whole school year for the course. but if you don't get an A/B i would recommend getting a schedule change to take the class

vision it depends, i think regular chem is easy, but then again if you don't get the basics down many parts of ap can be difficult, why are you rushing, you can take chem, then phys, and take ap chem and phys senior year (whatever level you want)

It depends- what kind of Chem teachers do you have at school? I have a great teacher so it's great taking it all year, but if you dont have a good teacher, and you think you can pass the final, then go for it
