I am currently signed up for 3 AP classes, one PreAP class, and two honors Japanese classes (4 and 5). Should I drop one Japanese class to take AP Psychology?

No take Japanese. AP Psych is pointless, according to the College Board, it only counts as half-semester's work of work instead of full like most APs.
I dislike my psych class right now even though the teacher's very good. There's just more productive things to do than listen to vocab wordws and psychologists. Wish I hadn't taken it.

Do you like Japanese or Psych better?
Put it this way. Is it about the AP? Would you rather take nonhonors Psych or nonhonors Japanese?
On the other hand, if you're taking two Japanese classes, then it probably wouldn't be the end of the world to take Psych. Because then, instead of all Japanese all the time, you're getting two courses for the price of one. So...I'd be inclined to say "do both."

Well, with my school's GPA system (4 points nonhonors, 5 points honors, 6 points AP), the more AP you take the higher you are in GPA and rank. I like Japanese so far but the difficulty level increases with the junior/senoir teacher, so that worries me some. Would I take nonhonors Psych? No, it would harm my GPA. I'm kind of opposed to that science in general ("analysis without empathy," I call it), but I do think it would be interesting. If I don't take it next year, I could alway study it senoir year, I guess.
Would an intense study of Japanese with good scores look attractive to colleges?

Take AP psych! I have three good reasons:
1) You're already taking a Japanese class
2) You get 6 points for it
3) Psychology is a very interesting subject.
Well, Japanese is also a very interesting subject, but to me, it seems a bit pointless to take 4 and 5 at the same time. They're called 4 and 5 because they're supposed to go in that order, silly.
Of course, I'm just a freshman in high school, so you really shouldn't be listening to me...

japanese is AWESOME take it take it take it. also almost nothing accepts ap psych credit. don't take classes because they're weighted (because honestly, that's . nothing should be weighted. eff all y'all. i kid. just disgruntled by lack of weighting in my school.)
