My son would like to attend a private high school in the Atlanta area. The major private schools state unequivacally in their literature that they provide only need based financial aid. We do not qualify by the traditional standards although we cannot afford the steep tuition. Are their any foundations etc. either locally or nationally that provide scholarships on a merit basis for kids to attend private high schools? He has excellent grades, scores and unique EC's.
