Anyone here watch the OC? it's one of my favorite shows on television now. I've noticed people either hate it (the majority of them have never even seen it) or they absolutely love it.

I think American Idol is boring and Simmon is being to critical, meticulous, and unpredictable when it comes to judging someone's performance. I think Next Top Model is the best show.

the oc is a show i wouldn't normally admit to watching, but i love it and i don't care what anyone says! sure a lot of it isn't very realistic and i can't really relate to anything the "teenagers" are going through, but it's soo entertaining. plus, it's one of the very few shows where the parents' storylines are actually interesting. and if seth gets back with anna...grrr. i like anna, but not with seth.

I used to spend my summers down in Newport beach, so it brings good memories back to me, like tonight Ryan mentioned Balboa bars and Fashion island, 2 great memories of mine. Although, they hardly ever actually visit "newport" beach and there are no motels near the beach..but hey the show clearly isn't very realistic. Seth has the best one liners and I love seeing how the different relationships develop. Besides Summer and Marissa are HOT, Seth's mom isn't bad either, shes quite the milf, not gonna lie.

I have to give my award for best teen melodrama to One Tree Hill. That show is frickin' awesome. There are as many plot twists in one episode than other shows have in an entire season. I'm usually not into this type of TV but this show rocks.

You know a show is bad when it makes me feel ashamed to actually live in the real OC. The show itself is sub par, but the girls on it are so hot. I guess I am biased because i never got over the line "Welcome to the OC... b!tch." me and my good friend made fun of it for a week just because of how stupid it was. What is even more pathetic is that there are people here that actually act like that, but not an entire community like the one on the show.

I concur with Superfly. Seriously, it's not my decision how to live your life, but sitting in front of a melodrama (especially on fox) and accumulating tub flub on yourself, wouldn't you rather play a sport or something productive?

If you start to get pissed that the show hasn't been on for 3 weeks, man, get a grip on reality.

check out this guys live Journal, go to the bottom, I was at that party...it wasn't quite the OC, but our parties with like fights and drama and stuff is somewhat similiar to the OC. Gotta love the Del Rio, that big guy sportin the chico state shirt (i believe chico is number 1 for parties.). So I mean i watch drama on TV and i experience it in real life, so it's cool i guess.
