I'm a Canadian student, and I was reading over the a-g course requirements for UCs. Does that apply to Canadian students as well? My main question really is based on this:
"Two years of labrotory science(three years recommended). Must include two of the following three areas: biology, chemistry, and physics."
Does that mean I have to take two of them for two years?

No, it means that you have to take two years of science classes. That means you can take biology your freshman year and chemistry your sophomore year and be done with the lab science requirement. If you want to go above and beyond though, you might want to take a science course your junior and senior year as well.
