Blah. We do gradnite at Disney every year, but I hardly consider that a "class trip." We also let people choose whether they'd like to go to Catalina or nowhere for "senior ditch day."

You guys are lucky.

I missed out on the elementary school trip, and the middle school trip. I always get gypped.

We don't do a class trip, but our bands and orchestras go on trips to Europe...the last band trip was to Paris my freshman year, and this year we're going to Italy. Besides, its much more fun to go with 300 band people than to try a senior trip

can anyone suggest somewhere fun in socal for my class to go on senior ditch day? some want to go to norcal, but that would not get done in a day. is there fun stuff to do in san diego? the desert? ventura? maybe even santa barbara? any input would totally be appreciated.

i live in santa barbara. there is... a beach. but heck. in san diego, in ventura, in malibu, in everywhere there is a beach.

you could be touristy and just run around, but santa barbara isn't all THAT exciting. or maybe that's just cause i live here.

i dont think we acctully get a senior trip but we do get to go to grad bash at islands of adventure/universal in orlando(everyone was so sick of disney so we decided on IOA's "grad bash" instead of d's "grad nite". disney is soooo overated.) its all along the same lines; the whole senior class meets at school at like 6am on a saturday, we drive for like an hour and a half till we get to IOA then we take over the park for whole day and dont get home till about 2 in the morning. .

There's a Cancun trip planned by the student government but they can't advertise it to all the seniors. You just have to hear it by mouth. Because the trip package includes free alcohol.
