Ok I'm new at this. How do I find out what my user name and password is for Edifi? I tried going into the website but I can't because the I have to login. I would really appreciate it. Thanks

I never received the e-mail. I thought it would be sent later by mail. That's what I thought when I found out that they had a website.

Strange website... only a login... no link to anything.
Did you make some contact with them previously? Are you a "client"?

Yeah I am a client. This is starting to get a bit strange for me. What if I want to not be a client? How can I get the money that my parents paid back? I really need advice here, my parents are starting to get worried about this and so am I.

Go to edifiservices.com and leave your name and phone number, and ask to have your username and passsword reissued.
I don't know anything about this compnay other than the fact that their "website" is nothing more than a place where "clients" can fill in a "contact me" form.

edifi.com is our website but you must have a username and password to access the site. You can call the toll free number listed on practically every piece of literature you received when you enrolled or you can submit an electronic request by going to edifiservices.com. We are designing a new site for edifi.com that will allow non-clients to learn more about us and clients to log in but we don't expect to have it ready for another month.
