Should I do physics even though I hate it and am really bad at it (but could get good marks if I worked really hard at it)? Because I absolutely hate it, but it looks good on college applications, right? What do you think? Just what would you do?

Yeah, if you're looking at competitive schools, just do it. I'm really bad at anything math-based, but I'm going to at least *try* it. Colleges like seeing physics on applications.

I'm gonna self-study for Physics honors this summer using the Kaplans SAT II book. My chem teacher is teaching physics, and she is awesome, so it should be a lot of fun.

I'm leaning towards "Eh, may as well" right now. After all, colleges are always crying about how you must do the most challenging courses available. Plus it doesn't look *too* hard.

hahaha - I'm reading chapters and taking notes for the kaplans physics sat ii book to prepare myself for my honors physics class this upcoming year and to improve my chances for higher scores in the NJ Science League.
