Hi, this is kind of a stupid question, but...
When should I take the SAT II's? After 1st marking period senior year?

take them right after you take the course that the SAT II is on. that could be any high school year as long as the material is still fresh in your mind. colleges dont really have a preference as long as you take them (and do well
), if you're applying to a selective school you should find out how many/which subject SatIIs they want. it's usually 3 with one being a writing SAT II. hope this helps.

If your APs in the courses you plan to be tested on are in senior year, then take the test soon after you've taken the introductory course if you feel confident enough. My school only offers AP Bio senior year, so I took it at the end of freshman biology.
