My school only has 4 APs, and I will be taking all of them (took APUSH as a Junior), except maybe AP Spanish- should I keep it or scratch it? I don't enjoy Spanish all that much and I have already had 4 years of it, plus it would be nice to be able to come in late in the morning without a class first block...

Also, USC is my first choice college by far, and I'm from New Hampshire, I heard somewhere that that will help my chances. Is that true?

Bart--you only have one senior year. You'll prolly be up late talking on the phone/IM to your friends or out late or doing something fun (at least I hope so!!) So relax, sleep late, don't stress out about some class you don't even like. People spend sooo long worrying about 10 points on an SAT or 1 AP class... the thing is, none of that stuff is really gonna determine whether or not you get in. If you have good grades (even one or two not so good ones), good test scores (not 1600!), and some neat ECs, you have a pretty good shot anywhere. Of course, once you're one of the thousands qualified, whether or not you get in is a matter of luck. So relax, enjoy it, and cross your fingers.

Talk to your school counsler, parents or a trusted friend to help you. If I were you though, plan ahead your schedule and see whether you should Spanish AP or regular.
