I have a 4.5 weighted average. But my school does something where you have a 5.33 for an A in an AP/honors class, 4.33 for a B in an AP class, etc., and a 4.0 for an A in a regular class, 3.0 for a B in a regular class, etc. No matter how high your GPA is, whether it's a 4.6 or a 5.33, they bring down everyone's GPA to a 4.5, and that's the highest you can make. So, from that, how can I find out what my unweighted average is. I really have no idea how to do it, so I was wondering if someone could help me.

list all your classes and the grades you had in them and calculate by hand. annoying, but that's the only way.

There are tons of GPA calculators online.
