Anyone who doesn't have the positive or negative exhilaration of matriculating in your dream college this fall (through fate of application or the fact that you're not a senior yet) feeling the lack of energy to finish the year?
Maybe it's me. I'm sort of losing hope with this 'college' thing, given the stats and whatnot of people I would invariably end up comparing myself to next fall. School's been an ugly mess; *I've* been running my education, not my teachers or the school's administration.
I really want a change. I want to not be the one to pick up the reins when someone else drops off. I really miss just being *me*.
Okay, I needed to rant. Anyone feel the same way, though?

Amen to that.

Same here. Self-education all the way.
