I don't think there's any policy to stop you doing that as long as you can handle the load. I was at NU 95-99 and knew few people doing Industrial Eng/econ. I also knew a girl finished with degress in econ/computer sci. ON top of that, she also got the co-op certificate (6 quarters of co-op). So unless things have changed, it can be done. She did take 6 classes simultanesouly at one point though.
