It seems to me that the online transfer application for school of engineering is very simple... It does not require us to list any extracurricular activities, awards...all they need is our transcript and course list? Am I missing anything here? Are there other materials that I need?
Thanks!

I completed the online transfer application as well. It didn't look like it asked for a list of extracurricular activities or awards. Some schools have really simple engineering transfer forms. Georgia Tech's application didn't require a list extra-curriculars or awards either.

I don't know if you saw the "supplemental information" link on the instructions page, if not:

"High school transcript (only if you are an External Transfer applicant)
• Results of ACT, SAT, and/or AP tests (only if you are an External Transfer
applicant)
• Any placement examination results, if taken on the U-M Ann Arbor campus
• All transcripts from colleges outside of the U-M Ann Arbor campus (ask your institutions to mail your
transcripts in sealed and signed envelopes directly to the address shown at the bottom of the page). Students
in other U-M Ann Arbor schools or colleges must submit original official transcripts from all classes taken
at other institutions of higher education."
