I received the PartII of the application. There is a question that asks us to briefly describe our academic awards. Is this supposed to be in a paragraph form or can I just list my awards?

My s put "see attached sheet" and used a brag sheet format with awards as one section.

I just listed as many as I could fit on the application itself. Then, I included a resumé with the stuff already listed and with the additional stuff, describing in a sentence or two if necessary. This way, if you've submitted your application and later in the process have new activities or awards, you can simply add those to the resumé and send the school an updated version. That's what I did.
