A2A2 is correct. If you apply in the next 2 or 3 weeks and you write decent essays, you are as good as in. But do not delay your application.

With similar stats, my S was admitted into Honors and offered a 15,000/yr scholarship. I think you're looking good (but don't slack on the essays, and like Alexandre says, don't delay sending in the app.)
