It is difficult to get into the undergraduate business program once in Michigan?

Yes. If you have a GPA under 3.4 at Michigan, your chances are not good. Most students admitted have a 3.5-3.7 GPA at Michigan. That is not easy to achieve. But you can still have a life.

How about transferring to UMich Business School from outside (out-of-Umich and Out-state)??? Is that impossible?
What criteria will have a good shot?

It is certainly possible to apply to Michigan Business school from another university, but they really require excellent credentials since there are such limited seats. Most students who transfer directly into Michigan's Business school come from top universities, usually have 3.7+ GPAs and excellent recs.
