Anyone else witness the third rendition of this repeat hack? 1981, 1992, and now 2004. It took place in the morning 3.091 lecture in 10-250. Apparently someone rigged the electronic chalkboards so they could control them remotely, sliding them up or down while the professor tried to write. He was not amused.... I also noticed that his lecture video for today is not on the website....

that was the lamest thing I've ever seen. It's been done. It really wasn't funny, and the asshol e only kept it up to keep his pride when sadoway didn't find it funny.
What was up with that guy bringing in the note though? It seemed like there was something posted outside the lecture hall or something. I'm confused about that.

from an email sent out to all members of the class:
"Radio frequency interference from the device used to disrupt the operation of the chalkboards during Wednesday's lecture affected the video recording equipment which draws power from the same breaker panel. There will be no [lecture video] posting. Please consult the slides for partial rendition."

I don't go to MIT BTW but during my visit, I heard he was revered around the place.
