What are my chances? I am taking 6 AP classes this year and I will apply in early october.

That is tricky. Only students is 1400+ on their SAT are automatically considered, but not always chosen. But you can certainly be considered. I would call the university and ask them directly.

Doesn't a 32 ACT score convert to more than a 1400. And also I will send my application by like october 5. Is that good enough?

Yes, I believe an ACT score of 32 is very close to a 1400. If you have a 32 on your ACT, forget about your SAT. Use your ACT. A 32 on the ACT is clearly better than 1310 on the SAT.

Applying by October 5 is perfectly fine.
