I'm a HS Sophomore. My school offers only 4 APs.
What should I do about that. I have plans to attend Yale Harvard G-Town & some other top schools.I know I'll probably take some local CC classes. I will take 2 of them before graduation but the other two i can't take them. Any ideas or suggestions. i know that top schools like to see APs. I want to major in poltical science. Do u know of any Summer programs

Good luck getting into those top colleges! You are wonderful for even thinking of this so early too!
First thing - check out the stats, etc for the colleges you want. You should have some reaches (which are the ones you just listed - never a guarantee) and get some matches and definitely some safties.
Do your best in all of your classes and take the hardest courseload you can at your school which sounds like you are already doing. You can take self-study APs but aim to get 5s - it won't look good if you get 1s/2s.
Reaches are all a crapshoot so all I can say is go for it but make sure you like your match/safety schools. This goes for everyone, not just bballplayer.
