For those experts in Georgetown Apps, this year's app has a spot for a "georgetown ID#" right under the place where you check early action or regular decision.
I have no idea what to put there.
It's probably not the social security number, because there's a spot for that next your name under candidate information.
Help? Thanks in advance.

Ignore that. When you send in Part I of your application, they will return to you your Georgetown ID number through e-mail.

Oh. That's helpful to know.
Now, what if I plan to send Part I and Part II in together? I plan on doing early action, so I'll be sending in everything in late Sept; my school registar posts earlier deadlines than usual. Does sending in both forms at the same time affect the Georgetown ID# blank?

Why do you want to send Part I and II together? It *REALLY* doesn't make a difference. If you want to make sure your app doesn't get lost, send it certified mail.
I can't imagine it affecting the Georgetown ID generation (it's not that important) much, but .. your school doesn't command when you send in things and whatnot.

Just send part one in first, it has no information other than like your address.

If you send it together, you don't have to worry about your Georgetown ID. The ID is only there so that it's easier to put together materials from your application if you feel like sending it separately.

Thanks!
I'm actually sending them in together because postage is cheaper that way... and because I've already completed the second half. Just waiting on the right transcripts to come in, and program overviews to be printed, etc.
