I've taken the three Sat IIs (writing, chem, math 2c) that HPME requires. But i was wondering if there is a minimum score that an applicant has to have before being able to receive the actual application?

There's no minimum, and to a certain extent the process is arbitrary but 750+ is a good standard on all of them.

You've probably heard all of it before, but it's a very competitive program with great students (many East and South Asians by the way) who may have turned down undergrad at higher ranked institutions.
