Who used the book Word Smart in order to prepare for the SAT? Is it really helpful?

Ohhh, ummm, well I did use the Princeton Review, but I never really studied vocabulary (even though I was told to). I suppose in the end it didn't help me, then. Maybe if your vocabulary needs work then it could be really helpful.
