This is mostly for current students or anyone who knows this. I'm in Harbin, and we enter through the Canal Road entrance. I'm not familiar with it, b/c when I went we entered through the hospital side. So, what exactly should I do? Let's say I'm at the main entrance, 37th and O. What should I do from there? Should we make a left, facing the gates? Then make a right? What should I look for that let's me know it's the Canal Road Entrance?

other than that, mapquest.com. I think you can get to Canal Rd. from M St. but I'm not positive. I was just doing the same thing.

Drive down to the bottom of the hill and take a right - that will be Canal St. You stay in the right lane and veer off into campus and the parking garage is right there. Or, you can just follow the massive traffic jam! LOL

We are coming across KEY Bridge from VA - stay in the middle lane bc when you get to the light on the other side it is a two lane turn left onto Canal Rd. You want to be in the right lane bc the garage is right down the road so watch for it.

We have to find the hospital side LOL to load into Darnall on Friday.

thanks a lot clipper! Yeah, that's what I thought would get us there, looking at the map. So there's a huge sign or something that i should look for?

Yeah, I went in through the hospital entrance to get to Darnall. I would give directions, but I don't remember, as my uncle directed us there in his car(he went to Gtown). But it's pretty easy. Once you find the entrance(there are 2 or 3 on that side), you just pass the hospital and the leavey center(on your right), and Darnall is right there.

Traveling on Canal Road, you will happen upon a large painted wall that reads, "HOYA SAXA". Though in need in re-painting, I think it does the job in announcing that, indeed, you are entering Georgetown University.
