The average financial aid to internationals is known to be around $9000. Is Mac stingy or are there lots of int'l students who don't need much need? Do you know someone (an int'l) who's gotten around $30,000 aid? Do they look at applicant's stats and character even more as the need increases?

I've heard of people getting $16000 or so.

I know about a boy who received a full scholarship at Macalester and he is an international.
