Questions about the BM Pre-application:
1)In the first segment, they ask you for a permanent address, then a mailing address. It appears like this:
ARE THE BLANKS IN THE BRACKETS FOR DATES? FOR NAMES? DO YOU PUT: "SAME AS ABOVE", IF YOUR MAILING ADD IS YOUR HOME ADD?
2)In the Financial Aid Intent segment, they ask if you plan to apply for aid, then this:
"If yes, the appropriate form(s) was/will be filed on:________________________"
IS THE BLANK HERE FOR A SPECIFIC DATE? A MONTH? WHAT SHOULD YOU PUT? "To be submitted with Common Application"? "Forms to be filed in September"? What specifically do they mean by: "appropriate form(s)"?
I'm sorry if these questions seem a little stupid, I'm an international and I'm just having a hard time with these forms.
Any assistance is truly appreciated.

For the 1st question: Yes they are for dates. There isn't any specific rule about whether it has to be detailed address, I think the admission officer will totally understand if you put " Same as above." in the blank.
the 2nd: appropriate form means the forms required to apply for FA, such as the FAFSA etc. I think an expedient way is to put the specific date of postmark on it.
