Okay so for the essays- it says brief, one page essay. I'm assuming that means one page, size 12 font, SINGLE spaced, right? Double-spaced would make it more like a small paragraph. Also, for the "Special Talents/Abilities" section, what are you guys putting? This isn't like a mini-essay, is it? It's just a few sentences (and does it have to be entirely serious?) Also, is anyone attaching a resume? The space they give you for activities is so small! I'm sorry about all the questions and thanks for any help!

Special Talents last year was treated as a couple of sentences. I can't remember for the life of me what I put. Some people had put some really cute statements there, but I don't feel like finding it.

I double spaced mine, but it was like two pages. Got in though.

I think I attached a separate sheet regarding extra curriculars.. like what I did in my activities and whatnot.

I made my "Special Talents/Abilities" very amusing. I single-spaced all my college essays, and since Georgetown was the last app I had to turn in I was burnt out and wrote like two paragraphs for the essay, literally. =) But I guess conciseness doesn't matter so long as you say everything you need to! And I also attached a résumé.

Lol, I definitely wasn't the one who wrote about fire juggling! But I do remember there was a thread a couple months back on all the weird things that people put in that space--so maybe we can expect to have a fire-juggling classmate? =)
