To all those who wanted to take the November SAT/SAT II/ACT and wanted to submit those scores to Northwestern University for the Early Decision option, you CAN'T. This is straight from one of the senior admissions officers:
'Thank you for your interest in Northwestern University. Unfortunately, in
order to apply under the Early Decision option, you must complete your
standardized testing (ACT/SAT) by the October test date.'
