does any1 know whether i can catch transmission of soccer matches from spain (la liga) and england (english premier league)?

in my nearly 1 month of searching, i havent found any reliable live streams.
im going to download the games immediately after they finish and wait 4 hours or so for them download and then watch.
i'll be downloading them from www.soccer-media.com

i don't know if anyone's going to get a t.v. or if they'd be willing to pay, but my sister used to get pay-per-view Man United games, and if you have spanish channels on your cable they often show footie. it's usually mexican league, but sometimes they show la liga i think! i don't know about online though...
