I know this is a stupid question, but it's driving me nuts.
Is it pronounced like the word "meddle?" That's my guess, but it doesn't sound quite right. Help me please.

Hmm, I always thought it was meh-DILL. Stressing dill. But I certainly don't know for sure.

I'm Canadian, so and when I say 'Medill' people think I'm messing up 'McGill', if that's any indication. (As in, it rhymes)
