Is there a certain or dominant kind of personality or kid that is an undergrad at UM? Jock, nerdy, frat boys, partier, really smart/sort of smart, diverse or not, whatever? Thanks.

I think you will find all of those there. It's a state school with a prestigious academic reputation, and it is also a feared name in athletics.
