NU is very focused on writing, so a higher English score would be good. But if you can demonstrate that you're a good WRITER some other way (essay, SAT II Writing, Rec, etc.) then you shouldn't have so much trouble. Which school are you thinking of applying to? If you want to get into journalism, you need to up that score. For science, maybe not so much. If you're fluent in your first language, the fact that you're bilingual is impressive. Especialy to the liberal arts people that would be concerned about your verbal score. Best of luck!
