Wow. Your academic resume is quite impressive. Again, I can't tell you for sure what to expect because the college admission process is so unpredictable, but I wouldn't stress too much about your GPA or SAT as they are excellent.
The things you should focus on is to write one heck of a college essay, nail the interview, and you should be all set.
As for the political atmosphere of the campus, I can't say for that since I'll be a freshman come this september (class of 2008), but from what I hear, they're pretty liberal.

dude with your profile, i don't even see why you want to go to Wellesley. I'd aim for someting better.
I only took one AP my senior year, had 1220 for my SAT's, and had a GPA average of like 3.4 or lower (I don't remember) and i go to Wellesley. You know you have a 50% chance of getting in right? I'm not kidding. Those are your chances of getting in. So really, don't worry about it.

Bobbysgrl- seriously? did you have any kind of hook to get in?

Bobbysgrl's profile certainly isn't typical of even the average Wellesley student. I'd guess--I don't have W's current stats at hand--that her SAT's put her at about the 30th percentile, *at best*. With stats at the 30th percentile, you have far less than a 30 percent chance of getting in.
