How good are the opportunities for the W&L undergrad business school graduates? I know its a great school academically, but its not that well known, probably because its so small. How do the graduates of the undergrad business school do in teh job market? How would it compare to somewhere like Michigan or UVA, places that wouldnt provide as good and personalized an education as W&L, but much better known.

If there's one thing W&L has in spades- besides white people and alcohol- it's business opportunity. The network of alumni and parents of your would-be classmates is first class, from what I gather.
I would have to imagine that one reason why the school doesn't promote itself wildly to get better name recognition is that no students complain of the name stopping them from getting great jobs after graduation.
This is all from what I gather, anyway- I'm a prospective student myself.
