hey everyone, im a little new to CC. ever since i learned that my cousin went to wellesley, ive stoked a passion for this school. im planning on taking on premed in college, but ill probably major in english lit or french. i just wanted to know if my stats will be good enough for wellesley...

im currently a soph in high school and these are my predicted stats...

my gpa will be slightly over a 4.0 (like a 4.1)
-this is my gpa including everything...what is this "weighted" gpa u speak of? is that only your classes and no pe and stuff??

i will have taken about 4 AP classes, but probably only one test (Bio)
-no tests for american gov or american history

i took a practice sat last year and i got a 1110 on it...

im plannin on doing cross country for jr and sr year...track also, speech team, i did debate team for a year but i hated it...french club cuz i just adore french

im also thinking about starting a club for all the kids that volunteer at the local hospital, or for those who wish to, and to possibly raise money together to help programs within the hospital. do u think this might show some passion for what i really want to do in the future?

ill also probably be part of 3 different honor societies, one for french, the regular old one, and one for journalism.

when i say probably, i mean like 95% chance of happening. i dont sit around waiting for things to happen. thats just not me. i make them happen. i hope i dont sound like a dumb person who thinks that anyone gets into wellesley.

if someone would please take the time to post some helpful advice, please do so. esp if u currently attend wellesley...and if i am lacking, then please tell me what imight do to improve. all this talk about how great wellesley is and how theres this sisterhood and all...wow, it's just making me more and more anxious.
